Speed & Agility Clinic (Ages 10-18)

This preseason program is designed to improve a player's speed and agility on and off the ball. Players will be put to the test with a variety of drills, activities and games aiming to improve every player's speed, mobility and flexibility – helping to prevent injury and increase their threshold for maximum agility and pace.

This is a five week session. Training occurs every Thursday 5:30-6:30PM.
